S. Upadyaya who has 30 years of experience in setting up turn-key projects. He was the member of 'technology mission on oil seeds' and developed mini solvant plant suitable for making edible rice bran oil in the year 189-90. He has also developed a new process to manufacture activated carbon from various carbonesious materials and utilise the heat energy of exothermic reaction of carbonisation in the process.
